Remember that there are a lot of dailies out there that you don’t have emissaries for. I got 3 upgrades of 10-15 ilvls on a couple chars just from checking all other WQ’s.
What my characters are missing is rings and trinkets. Almost all my 5 characters I have been doing incurions and paragaon caches on have all the other slots at ilvl 370 or above. The rings and trinket world quests are showing in the 350-360 range for me and since someone indicated at ilvl 375 they were still getting ilvl 370 rewards that is a lot of hoping for titanforging and a lot of waiting for warfronts to bump the gear up.
In addition, I swear they made that world content more difficult again through their scaling. So I get the same rewards for doing it but they take longer to do - make sense ?

you can get a 395 ilvl ring from the vendor for the badges you get from the war fronts and incursions, it costs 300 marks.
I am very aware of that but I didn’t want to buy that because I wanted to buy the cosmetics. I don’t like the idea I am being forced to buy a ring I don’t want in order to have rewarding content.

This exactly. I was kind of surprised that the incursions do not award over ilvl 370 now too. So incursions are out, 1/2 warfronts are out.

the ring is nice because it has a teleport to Boralus.
Also if you want free heroic raiding gear, just kill 25 horde players and you can get a piece.
I noticed that the Horde are paying us back by camping spawn points in the incursion. A couple dozen of them, 2-3 per spawn point at the invasion points. Not all of them, but 3/5 that I saw.
Not saying I agree with the free ilvl 400 gear either, but it seemed a bit petty.
Oh no, they’re doing what the alliance has been doing for 7 weeks?! It’s as if they got tired of it.
Too bad incursions only offer 370 gear.
They did… mobs now have like 25% more health. Yayyyy scaling. You thought you were getting stronger… turns out it’s the enemy mobs that are getting stronger while we sit in the same spot spinning our wheels.
