I’ve always did the weekly transmogs myself but I decided to give it a try in a group for the mythic nightmare in a raid since you can trade. Less drops but still overall more chances.
But for some reason despite the cloth shoulders I need finally dropping for the MONK, she refused to trade them. Am I missing something here, why would she keep them? Just to wear them around town? I thought the point of these transmog groups was to trade ones you couldn’t wear.
Just being a jerk, probably.

I’d just go for the solo if you’re doing EN in particular. You can solo Mythic with a pretty low iLvl compared to the other raids, and with legacy loot there’s 5 drops from each boss (on each difficulty).
It’s unfortunate that someone else got what you needed and refused to trade it, even if they didn’t benefit. I end up snubbing a lot of people in my LFR and Normal CN clears right now, since I only do those for transmog. :x

I wish I could, the first boss Mind controls me and it just ends(Emerald Nightmare). I tried porting through the nether gate incase it made me immortal to it if I’m traveling when he finishes casting but it didn’t work lol. I guess I’ll just stop being forever solo and try to join a guild so this doesn’t happen again. On my Warlock anyways.
Oh, you’re actually super undergeared. lol
Nythendra is a damage race, since it’s impossible to avoid too many stacks of the MC when solo (as a non-tank); you have to kill her before she finishes the cast at all. Try to find a partner/friend, I end up running EN 8 times/week trying to get the Illusion.

Yeah I’ve been super slow to gear up. For someone who doesn’t do rated or mythics I feel like I’m just doing some anima wq’s and transmogs lately. Isn’t much else for casual solo’s this expansion.
I had a feeling it was impossible solo at my ilvl that’s why I joined a group, which clearly backfired rofl. I’ll take your advice and find a partner next week that seems like the best option, thanks Eni :).
