Not sure if this is a bug or customer service issue or something else?

I posted a video just fine 3 days ago on the OFF TOPIC forum. It’s still there.

I just went to post another YOUTUBE video and kept getting this message, “An error occurred: Sorry, you can’t embed media items in a post.”

And yes, I’m using the share button so that is not the problem.

The Discourse forum engine has a bug that interferes with being able to post a video link. Blizzard isn’t alone in this and can’t fix it themselves.

Yea, weeks later still getting the same bug.
