I recently went to the self service item restoration page and in the past there was a search functionality and ways to narrow your search down to specific gear slots etc, now this function is gone and you’re just left with endless page scrolling.
From what was reported by blues at the time, not having a search function was better than having a search function that didn’t work, which is what they had. So the broken search feature was removed.
“Why not fix the search feature?” I don’t know, but I would guess that they judged they didn’t have the resources to commit to finding and fixing the bug at that time.
Wow, what an awful decision, i guess that’s one way from stopping people from using the system. Who the hell has time to scroll through pages for hours looking for an item >.<
