News update (I was wrong, surprise suprise):
I hear the attacker has left a manifesto online. He apparently was a huge fan of Sylvanas. I have screenshots of him talking to Blizz customer support. He was unhappy the Forsaken lost Undercity and was complaining. Here is what the conversation said:
Bad guy who deservers to be in jail: If you don’t restore undercity, I will make Blizzard regret it!
CS Agent: you can’t kill hope!
Bad guy who deservers to be in jail: Oh can’t I? (just before he started the attack)
He is hoping to be redeemed before he goes to jail…
