Other guild members are seeing the worldsoul, titan disc and delve weekly quests. I however was only able to do the titan disc, leaving me at 2 delve keys instead of 4 that others are getting. I am able to see all of them on an alt. I was not playing for the last bit of season 2, so I have not done these quests in a couple months.
Edit a few days later:
Got a response to rename wtf, interface, and cache folder so the game runs with new ones. It didn’t work. I guess I just get less keys at the beginning of the season for no reason.
Couple quick troubleshooting steps to try:
- /reload
- full UI reset - uninstall addon manager, rename cache, interface, wtf folders. If this doesn’t work just delete the newly generated versions of those folders and name back your old ones.
This is an issue I’ve seen others mention, so if those don’t work - submit a bug report.
The 3 quests you enumerated are on a rotation basis and they carry-over for a week or two. It explains why your unplayed alt had them all.
Are you sure you hadn’t done any of them on your main?

Oh thank you, I misread that as them not being offered at all. Yeah, multiple show up if you missed weeks. I got confused because people have reported just never being given one of the rotating categories at all.
I have not played any characters leading up to 11.2 release.
are you sure you don’t have any of them just chillin’ in your quest log from back then

Nope, they are not in my quest log. I tried disabling all addons and have logged out and back in. Still not seeing them.
If you’re positive you haven’t done any pinnacle chest quest since reset, that you’re not phased or in lorewalking, then bug report it is.

Yeah, I put in a bug report as well. I haven’t played wow at all from the beginning of June until 11.2.
Did you try talking to Faerin and Brann to see if they offered it? I know that for Faerin her shield quest to help in the highlands overrides the blue Worldsoul quest marker so it seems like she doesn’t offer it. Unsure if any cover up Branns but he has a few quests as well so maybe.
I’ve never seen a case of the quests not being offered if eligible, usually someone just didn’t realize they were on a rotation.

Faerin only had the 11.1.7 quest line and brann only had the season 1/2 delve boss quests I never did.
