So far, I haven’t received the quest Radiant Echoes, which is required to participate in the pre-patch event. I understand that this quest should automatically appear for level 70 characters, but I haven’t received it on my main. I’ve tried going to Dalaran and Orgrimmar, and I’ve relogged, but still haven’t received the quest. Can anyone help me understand what issue I might be facing or if there’s a prerequisite to receive the quest? I would greatly appreciate any assistance.
The related event doesn’t start until 30 July

Oh really? I’m dumb, many content creators talking about the event and i haven’t noticed that, tvm!
It’s July 30th and I don’t have the quest on my level 70 character. Logged on my level 45 alt and I got the quest.

I also never received the quest on my main. /would really like to know what the deal is. Every other low level toon I have gets it when I log in to it. Come on Blizzard!

For me I had to do the Harbinger quest line.
“Log out and then log back in”
After that it triggered the Magni quest line. “The War Within” which leads to radiant echoes
Same to me. Got the quest on alts but not on my main char
