Reached Renowned lvl 6 with Council. Reward says “Speak with Auditor Balwurz in Dornogal to receive 15 Weathered Harbinger Crests.” Balwurz has nothing to say and nothing in the mail. Checked currency tab and no crests.
You have to hit 80 first, if you haven’t already.
Once I hit max level I just went back to Dornogal and him and the Assembly guy had several quests for me to reward various Renown tier stuff.
