We have submitted several tickets previously regarding not getting credit for achievements run in a guild group. We have proof of completing CN Raid on Normal 10/10 in a guild group with both confirmation of guild members in Exorsus Raid Tool attendance tracker, and Raiderio run listing. However this is not reflected in the guild achievement log. Neither are the multiple times we have completed CN 3/10 Heroic runs. Previous tickets have resulted in Blizz saying they have no knowledge of achievements not being credited properly despite filling out several tickets.
