After the “don’t worry its only beta they’ll fix it before it goes live” only see it going live as sht, them NOT fixing it and then abbandoning development halfway through 8.1 PTR was painful af

1st xpac I haven’t pre-ordered immediately. I thought they learned some lessons, but I can see it wasn’t enough already. PvE gear and broken “covenant” abilities will plague Shadowlands just as they do BfA.
Ordered it Saturday.
I have been hyped and let down for too many expansions straight while seeing my fave classes go down the tube design wise. G

“The great unprune” Auras and consecration are back. 1% less physical dmg taken or 1% dmg reflect or a bit less pushback and consecration will totally make me not want to gouge my eyes out while waddling around.
I’m also waiting on more information regarding class changes before deciding to buy or not.
He pretty much said there will NOT be any sweeping class changes. Sounds like they’ll try build class design on top of craptastic BfA. I would strongly advise them not to.
Any dude who preorders any video game probably likes to watch their wife/gf do “extracurricular activities” with Tyrone or Chad on the weekends.

Yeah the enchant you get from epic package… 100% worth pre-ordering for lol. Prob the sickest enchant they have put into the game thus far.
Simple math shows that its a pretty good value. The boost and the 1 month game time is equal to $75 alone. That’s not even counting the expansion itself, the mount, pet and transmog set.
I’m appalled by the all the people that did pre-order. Why not wait to see what the game will be like? They practically threw what little leverage we had right out the window all for a fancy mount, transmog set, and weapon illusion.
But I like Chad and I like preordering… So, stuff it Lucy.

Since there is an option to buy the expansion without any frills for cheaper i also wont be pro ordering. If 8.3 becomes alt friendly id take the 120 boost edition though. Wow would have to go beyond recognizable for me to perma quit though.
Noones ever truly quits. You just take longer breaks than others. I had a 2+ year break through the entirety of WotLK because of Death Knights. Skipped the entire expansion.
If they add a legitimate PvP vendor I’ll come back… Otherwise until then,blizz ain’t getting a wooden nickel from me.
