Make combat log private for pugs and no one will be in top 2000 parses

The other day I ran the last 24 hours on WCL

Rogue had the lowest representation of any class.

It is really close still but it flip flops around.

Shaman, Paly, and Rogue are on the bottom. Like those IQ test…one doesn’t fit :joy:

Crazy considering they were the fourth most represented class in phase one.

Not sure what Blizzard can do. A good rogue will make people think distract is OP. I think rogue is muffed for pve.

Maybe all rogues need to clunk themselves over the head repeatedly then we may get a buff like other classes :wink:

They just need to give Rogues a useful buff to bring to raids, buffing their dmg or ambush is not going fix it.

Gives rogues sunder / +hit aura. and Problem solved

lol :expressionless: that’d work i guess but it’s pretty pathetic… rogues are supposed to be good at dps…

I never said Rogues should be top dps, I said if they buff their dps only… people goina cry getting 1 shotted in stun locks and then they will nerf them to the ground again and then they wont be invited to raids. The Aura of +hit and Sunder will make Rogues needed just as much as feral is needed or hunter for kings.

well, if SoD devs can’t buff rogue dps without breaking pvp then lol :expressionless: this game is so bad

who cares about class rep. should be spec/role rep. not sure if that changes the numbers anyway but lets not pretend druid rep (for example) being higher than rogue rep means anything important.

they could give rogues some kind of raid utility at the cost of defensives/cc so that rogues would never take it in pvp

just some random rune idea: you give 5% crit to party but can no longer use evasion or kidney shot

Something that I learned looking at these is that there is a pretty high number of team names in the top 10 groups that have the word rat in them.

What makes any of this data useful?

Would it be helpful to compare this to numbers for other classes? Why/Why not?

you understand that shaman and paly are locked behind a faction?

also, That a trend is not just rep but representative of a direction?

if I said rogue was at X% and you said that doesn’t matter, I would say “you are correct”. A number like that is merely a snapshot in time.

what I stated however was that in addition to being poorly represented in the 24hr snapshot… I also stated how that trend has been downward from a different point in time.

unless you can give me a reason to believe that this is not a trend, I can assume that it will continue to happen. if that continues to happen there will be no rogues left

the word of the day for you is “trend”

literally no one is going to have any sympathy for Rogue players, except maybe rogue players.

Literally demolish the class and everyone would probably rejoice.
