I have submitted 2 tickets about this issue. Roldira does not offer me the quest “Crafting to Order” and when I check my tickets nothing show’s up. There is also nothing in the archived tickets. Not sure what to do now.
I have this on my account page “It doesn’t look like you have any recent tickets or in-game purchases.”
