Before the guild dispersed, the raid was running 8/8N, and up to 6/8H with 1/8M.
Raid Schedule (If motivation to run a third day is present among raiders, Sunday may also be optional):
Friday and Saturdays from the following times:
Pacific Time - 9 PM till 12 AM

Requirements:
iLvL 340+ Mindset to continue on. Ragequitting is not an option. This is a progression group, not a carry group. Motivation to improve yourself as a player. This includes optimizing your character, improving your gear, and bettering yourself as a person. Ability to adapt to roles when assigned or if the mechanic requires the expertise. No toxicity. This is a group gathering together with the purpose of clearing. We work together. Discord Use Recommended:
A mic to communicate is a plus. Ability to take feedback/criticism. We all make mistakes, but those who can accept and learn from them separate the good from the bad. As I have stated above, since it is reforming, raid may not take place for another week or two as I am still recruiting to form the core.

We are more than just raiding and focus on building gaming friendships with like minded adults. Some of us play other Blizz games together and also have an active Destiny 2 Clan. We care about the player behind the toon!
We do optimize our 6 hours a week very well with setting up the raid 15 min before start, having 1st pull right on time, and very low down time between pulls. When we have something on farm we are a bit more relaxed and chatty, but everyone knows that during progression we are all business and voice com is only for calling out stuff. Our min expectations are AotC with time to farm Heroic before next raid drops. We would like mythic kills, but we will not put in the time/stress for hard core mythic progression as its not our focus. Our raiding goal is to balance challenge with fun in a no stress environment.

<FC> is a semi-hardcore raiding guild focused on pushing CE content on a limited schedule. Before raid, we expect raiders to be prepared with solid knowledge of the the boss fights we will be tackling and their own food/flasks/etc. During raid times, we expect full focus from everyone to get as many pulls in as possible - this means minimizing down time between wipes as well as delaying AFKs until the break. We try to keep it light-hearted, but we're all there to kill bosses so we also try not to waste time.

Our expectations are simple! We provide food/flasks so it is your job to show up on time to raid gemmed/enchanted and with full knowledge of the boss fight and a cooperative, team minded attitude.
We do a fun time normal run on Fridays for those that prefer not to pug or just want to bring an alt. We also expect you to be responsible for getting your M+ Keys cleared, but we have several teams running per week. You are welcome to come hang out for those as well! We are somewhat successfully trying to get together a solid guild RBG team, which is alternately hilarious, easy and frustrating all at the same time. You are welcome to try out for that as well.
Overall, we are a team of people that love to laugh, care about each other and really want to see each other succeed.

Pantheon is a Heroic only with some Mythic raiding when there is time type of guild. We want to make sure raids are enjoyed, but not the mythic push stress that some endure. We all have a life, and are not basement dwellers!! Progression is KEY. **Warning** if you are the type who gets offended easy we are not for you :) Rude, Crude, and Saucy!!
