Not Installed

Got siconnected and then tried to log back into the game. Does not recognize the path to where the game is installed. Tried rebooting my computer. Still cannot log in.

I am able to log in through the exe in the folders where my game is installed. Just not through the battlenet launcher. I really don’t want to uninstall and reinstall.

Next time, try running scan and repair in the options menu by the play button.

This is happening to me right now. Logged out last night, it was all fine. Trying to play today, it just says INSTALL (There is no PLAY button, or repair/scan button next to the INSTALL button). I’ve attempted to nanually find the folder for WOW, but it keeps saying that the version is not updated, but it is the most recent update…

Can you clarify exactly what it states.

It’s not?

If it is that error, make sure to run the battle.net.exe launcher, not the wow shortcut in the start menu.

Otherwise make sure the app launcher is up to date.

That is the error I get. I have uninstalled, and reinstalled the battlenet app, but it is still doing it. I did it again after unstailling/restarting PC/reinstalling. I’ve tried to run WOW directly from my desktop, and that doesn’t work either (it gives the same error), it will only run when I go into the actual wow folder, and run WOW from inside the retail folder. (and ty for the reply!)

I don’t even have that anywhere. Opened through the battlenet launcher and still nothing as well.
