… my raider.io score is not high enough. Trying to do weekly M0 runs for the tortilla quest. Declined like 20 times now. I have PSTed the leads and 6 of them so far have responded to me (with various colorful words) that my raider.io score isn’t good enough. For Mythic 0. But yeah, raider.io totally isn’t destroying things. Whatever.
The real question is why you tried to que and get denied for 20 M+0 runs rather then making your own group and watching it get filled quickly from ppl wanting to get the weekly done.
They’re idiots. If IO wasn’t around they’d still be overly picky in whatever other way they could find – most likely requiring 400 ilvl. This isn’t a new problem. I remember group leaders back in vanilla who wouldn’t let you into LBRS if you weren’t wearing Molten Core, which is exactly as stupid as is sounds. They were fortunately recognized as the weird ones.
The only difference is if you didn’t have IO, you also wouldn’t have people able to get together for the stuff that’s actually hard outside of full guild groups, because getting to those key levels at all requires a chain of successes that would be impossible if you had to pull people blindly. The pug community would be stone dead.
People put these systems in place as a representation of what content you have done/can do as gear etc is not an accurate representation in todays game.
It’s not ideal I’ll admit, but in a game where one player could be 390 from doing M+ and be knowledgeable of the content, whereas another player could be 390 from doing warfronts and WQs and have no knowledge of the M+ dungeons and affixes some people do need some way of making an educated decision on who they group with.
Not saying that I agree with it, but that’s the game that as players we have promoted.
Mythic 0s should just be on the damn dungeon group finder with a minimum ilevel requirement. People shouldn’t have to sludge through the lfg tool to find a group for an M0
No, to be honest that would be a bad idea. There is a whole tread on it from a few months ago but you can’t have M0 content as queueable.
M0 content has gear appropriate difficulty and is failable, Blizzards design philosophy around queued content is that it can’t be failed .
If they installed it as queued content they would just be forced to nerf it into the ground.
Since M+ directly drags values from M0 it would subsequently break all other forms of mythic content.
this is 100% the solution to what is a complete non-problem OP.
being all salty and bent because other people don’t invite you to their group for content… content for which with only a teeny tiny fraction of effort make your own group for is just you being a drama queen.
OP is Alliance, and a DPS DH. You’re talking about the difference between 5-15 minutes spamming M0 groups, or 1-2 hours trying to form her own.
You don’t seem to understand the difference between Horde and Alliance where M+ dungeons are concerned. It’s a significant difference in QoL. Horde-only players do not know how good they have it.
It’s crazy to me that OP spent the time to whisper 5 or 6 group leads apparently to ask why they’d been rejected rather than spend a fraction of the time pressing N and pushing the button that says “Vengeance” and then opening the LFG tool and pressing the button that says “start a group”.
