Not gonna miss level 11 timewalking scaling

Leave your ego at the door so the rest of us can get it done faster. This isn’t about “feels”

Both correct, doesnt mean its fun (and im evem on team gogogo)

Look, this is what you’re left with because Blizz INTENTIONALLY made 70-80 leveling a major hassle. Blame everyone pitching a fit that massively overgeared DF/Remix characters were making it easy, they whined about this very subject even though it was only a temporary thing.

The ‘fix’ to the temporary thing was to permanently make leveling slow and weak.

Again im all for speed, but really? Lvl 11 healer top dps? In this case id say feel does matter as fun is a feeling; and the purpose of gaming.

Dude who cares. Stop watching details if it affecting you this much.

And fun is relative… but apparently you think yours trumps others

The game isn’t set up anymore with exploration and the journey is the way to the goal.

Have i avocated for anything? No. Have i made any claims about what should or should not be done? No. All i said was i dont think lvling a high lvl dps that gets beat by a low lvl healer is fun. So, why do youact so toxic for me just stating that?

I also never said anyones opinion is invalid

(Cant wait to hear the wall of text reply coming to attack me)

Because some of us just want to get the dungeons done because levelling through quests are now a chore for most of us who have been doing endless quests for 20 years.

So for those who don’t want to revisit the same damn quests, dungeons are the only way unless u don’t mind the 50 min ques to lose in bgs.

And guess why we do those dungeons? So we can get to the end game content faster, so we can spam them for the rest of the damn game. And if that’s the objective, why would we want dungeons to take longer??

Levelling is literally irrelevant. Leave the questing and exploration for classic. I’m actually a huge classic enthusiast, but it’s just not the same vibe on retail. All that stuff just doesn’t fit in the landscape of modern WoW.

You keep repeating role, which has nothing at all to do with it.

All low-levels are strong so they’re failure proof for new players. That is more valuable to the health of the game than feels about trivial content being made a little more trivial.

So much this. It’s a TW, no need to watch meters.

Yea… Me too. Something can be both efficient and unfun at the same time. How about you go after what i actually say and not what you imagine im saying in your head. Again, i like gogogo get it done. I also like having my character feel stronger as it levels up. These arent exclusive things

The only reason I’m in a TW is for the cache for the quest or for XP.

If we get a level 11 twink, I literally stop pressing buttons and just put them on follow then watch something on my other monitor.

I don’t get why people are getting all up in arms over this type of content, it must be like brand new players to the game or something where Timewalking is like actual pass time content for them which is just weird af imo.

Subjective, possibly correct but idc, have that discussion with someone else that thinks otherwise. See my above post

Git Gud, obviously.

Yeah, you’re moaning about the current system and little moaners are the reason it’s changing.

If stating my opinion that it is unfun to play a high lvl dps getting outdpsed by a low lvl healer is moaning, then okay im moaning.

Look ill even meet you in the middle and say there a ton of people advocating for “the nostalgia, smell the roses, need cc on every pack, wait for cds, and full mana between 20 year old pulls”. That is not me.

I just want lvling my dps toon to feel like its actually lvling up, not lvling down. I even say this as a healer main.

And yes, presently that means fun is taking a backseat to getting it done and over with so i can move on to the other insufferable aspects of endgame.

And you know what? Oh well, it is what it is. Its all a means to get there asap… Which is what you and Splints are both saying. - thats fine. I never said it /needs/ to change for “muh feels”. All i said was: its not fun. And you know what? It doesnt sound either of you find it fun either.

Yeah I gotta agree with this guy

I decided “I’m gonna level my Warlock finally”, queued for a TW dungeon, waited 10 minutes. Once again got into a dungeon with a twink and forced to sit at the front of the dungeon for the next 5-10 minutes, guy kills all the bosses, I get 2 levels.

I’m bored out of my mind, I want to PLAY the game and level, not sit here and watch some guy run through the dungeon for me and get the levels.

You are going to get that experience anyways because all dungeons are gogogo. You are never going to have a proper experience, so stop wishing on a star
