I only had one shot issues with certain trash mobs, namely the witches in Throne of Tides and Plaguebringers in Tol’vir. All the other dungeons were fine. Go after those two mob types first and kill them before they get the spell off. Tough if you are still trying to gear up your twink and it doesn’t have quite the speedy dps it needs to avoid death.
