Not getting sparks of shadowflame

Hi everyone,

I am working on one of my alts and sparks are just not dropping. I have only two fully completed sparks. One from power unified and the other two from just doing the weekly twice. I have run about 10 M+ and have yet to see a park. On my other alt I got one almost every run. Has anyone else run into this issue?

I have also made a similar post, but my character is also not receiving splintered sparks from the guaranteed weekly content either.
No sparks from any method for several weeks now.
Hope blizzard addresses this.
