I am a bit confused to what the “Designated Disenchanter” specialization is doing because when it says “You gain +1 Skill per point in this Specialization when disenchanting”, and I got 15 points in the root and 5/5 for the branches. Yet when I disenchant a green item, I get NO skill points. I am currently at skill 25.
More skill gives you better quality materials when you disenchant. Ironically, your skill in crafting something is a combination of your base skill (which you can level to 100) plus the knowledge point trees that give more skill. Skill + skills = actual skill.
