Not getting Maintenance Alerts - resolved (scan and repair)

I checked that I am logged into the proper region (Americas).

I am not getting any maintenance alerts, not the weekly nor a non-scheduled maintenance. I have searched for an answer and cannot locate one to see the maintenance alerts.

Anyone know a solution? Thanks in advance.

You mean on the Bnet launcher? All you can do is restart the app and your computer. There’s no fix otherwise as far as I’m aware.

Thank you but this has been going on a bit and my computer is turned off several times a day. So re-starting has not fixed the problem on the Bnet launcher. Again thanks for the reply

I’ve not had Bnet notifications either since the start of the year … of course Blizzard ā€˜support’ were as useless as ever. :frowning:

Are you sure you’re looking in the right spot for them? It’s a yellow bar across the top of the WoW news on the launcher. A dropdown if you mouse over it.

Should look something like this:

Because the alert was activated 10 minutes before the servers went down, as in 5 minutes after they told us in game the servers were shutting down. This ā€œscheduledā€ maintenance isn’t. Or rather, they forgot to announce elsewhere than the website.

Another option is when logging in, the top right corner has any info like maintance scheduled. On the brown loading screen

Image doesn’t show but I will look to make certain about the Wow news

completely close launcher and open first, maybe update bnet, or ehhh idk it’ll pop up a bit later?

No idea why the forums are being dumb about the image. ImgBB may be having some issues. It does show up when I click on it.

If it’s still an issue, you can try asking in Tech Support.

Was up on launcher yesterday afternoon.

There is a Blue post about it.

I had tried scan and repair before but today I did another one and it repaired it. Best Wishes
