I completed a 1 mask run with my friend in Orgrimmar. We full cleared. My friend got the Faceless mask of the burned bridge and Faceless mask of the daredevil. We also finished the second part to Faceless mask of the Nemesis. I got the Nemesis mask but I did not get the daredevil or burned bridge mask.
We went into the room with Wration, and he could apply the masks (daredevil and Nemesis), but I couldn’t see them / apply them.
Later I solo full cleared Orgrimmar with one mask, and still cannot apply the daredevil or burned bridge mask.

I also have have cleared valley of wisdom twice now with the first mask applied and have not received the Faceless mask of the burned bridge. Doesn’t help that I can not access support in game either.
After not getting the burned bridge mask multiple times I tried on an alt and received it first try.
Yeah, I’m not getting them on my ret paladin and he has the 1st mask on. I’ve tried completing multiple zones and then killing thrall but I never get the masks…
I’ve never gotten a mask either.
Wanted to add I hopped over to a warrior alt and did the exact same thing and got the mask. Blizz plz

yeah I’m having a similar issue, except I haven’t even gotten the first mask. I’ve done full clear and the yellow question mark is over the first one, but I dont have the item to complete the quest. Have done several clears and same thing, on didfferent characters too
