Not getting credit for Stay Classy

In the last 3 weeks I’ve dinged 70 (and at least honored with guild) on 3 Night Elves and have not gotten the Stay Classy credit for them. I know others have reported this on here, but I wanted to add mine so that the people at Blizzard know these tasks have been done in case they try to sweep this under the rug. I’m a small, one person guild (now-a-days) and since BFA, I’ve been working on getting Stay Classy by my self. I’ve spent a lot of money and time working on this and I’ll be damned if you’re not going to give me credit. I created a ticket a few weeks ago and was told that Blizzard is aware of the issue, but it’s been quiet on the forms. Can we get a Blue post to acknowledge this bug?

I’m in the same boat, I’ve completed pandas, worgen, and gnomes. I’m halfway through dwarves. Did it solo throughout dragonflight. Really hoping it gets resolved because I plan on finishing before prepatch.

This happened to me yesterday and I found this tonight. "During a pre-patch, the max level is increased but cannot be attained until the full release of the expansion. Guilds will be able to complete these achievements once the new expansion’s content is released.

As this works as intended, Customer Support will not manually complete guild achievements." https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/358859

I understand that is what was said, but we are most certainly not in a pre-patch. This was caused by the MOP remix most likely.

@Blizzard, was 10.2.7 the War Within pre-patch? if not, someone should address this Guild Achievement issue.

Just dinged 70 (Exalted with guild) on a Pandaren Death Knight and didn’t get credit. Starting to read reports that this is working as intended because after last patch, the level cap is now 80, even tho we can’t go past 70. I’ve been playing this game since Vanilla and have never been the type to come on these forums and scream that I will quit if Blizzard doesn’t do something, but this is insane. The waste of time and money will be too much if we don’t get credit for this and I probably will quit. Sure would be nice if we got a Blue post.

I have been seeing this exact complaint for over a year. I have also seen complaints about other guild achievements not being properly credited. This is not a new thing.

You may be right about guild achievements in general. This issue, for me, just started with either 10.2.7 or MOP remix. I had not hit 70 on a new toon between those events so I don’t know what broke it.

What I will say is, when pre-patch occurs, it greys out the in progress classes that you have hit 70 on before completion. For me, the 3 characters I completed (before it broke) are green, making me think the achievement is still in progress.

I’m glad to see that others are having the same issue. Not happy to see that a Blue has not replied to this though.

My guild has been working on the Stay Classy achievement for some time now. And we have noticed, that since about the time the Cata patch was released, that we have not been getting credited for the achievement either.

I submitted a ticket, and a GM told me that there was no work around for the issue. While I feel like that may be an acceptable answer from a GMs point of view, I do not believe that it is outside the scope of a developer.

Let’s hope this issue gets resolved sooner, rather than later.

I also would really like to see a blue response, since everyone is getting different answers and it really makes no sense to make it so that we can’t earn these achievements for months before the next expac.

And I’d love to be able to disenchant all the stuff I’ve been sitting on sometime soon…

I also recieved the ‘its now level 80’ response, but didn’t get an answer to why none of the other guild achievements were working if that was the case

But we are not in the pre-patch yet.

Just hit 70 on a Pandaren Hunter and no credit for Stay Classy as well as STILL no blue response. I’m going to keep at it until Blizzard gives us credit for it, or the patch launches and I quit because they expect me to do 10 more levels on each one of these characters.

Same here, small family guild where hubby and I have been working towards this achievement. Multiple characters to 70 between retail version and pandaria remix since remix started. All at full guild faction and level 70 and no credit given for any of them. Come on dev’s … give us a straight answer as the GM’s don’t seem to know and are giving players conflicting responses!!!

Fully finished off Pandaren, and most of gnomes (5/8)
And no credit for any of them still.

Also bummed because all of the quests to level all these characters are not counting :\

We were told by you that we could invite our characters to guild and earn acheivments https://www.wowhead.com/news/blizzard-answers-timerunning-pandamonium-questions-no-challenge-mode-sets-338674 Many of us have spent time doing so and are now very upset that you are not even deigning to respond to our posts reporting this bug. This is an issue with both retail and pandaria remix. We are not in pre-patch were are still in season 4, despite what some GM’s seem to think. Please pay attention to your user base and give us a response that you acknowledge this and are working to remedy it.

They must have just fixed this (at least for retail characters). I was just able to log into each individual toon to get credit and it finished off classy dwarves. Relieved that I don’t have to re-level 10 dwarves to 80 once TWW launches.

This has apparently been fixed with the big patch update. Log your chars in quickly before the event starts. Husband and I are now getting credit for Stay Classy racial achievements for both retail and remix chars that were 70 with full guild rep.
