Not getting credit for heroic kills

i made a ticket about the guild not getting the achievement for clearing heroic
i was told by GM Oesni the following
submit a Bug Report so that our development team can take a closer look into what might have gone wrong.

When submitting the report, please include:

1. The name of your guild and realm

2. Dates and times of the kills
One-Armed Bandit ~3 weeks ago
Chrome King Gallywix ~1 day ago

  1. Confirmation that the group was more than 80% guild members
  • 20-player raids: At least 16 guild members are required.
    16/20 were guild members

The following kill were pretty sure most of these guys were in the guild or have left sense the kill but we cant track if they were in the guild and have left as we recruit often

I’m not really sure where these requirements are from, but 80% is not “more than 80%”.
If the wording is “at least 80%”, then you’re fine with 16/20.
If the wording is explicitly “more than 80%”, you would need 17/20 to have “more than 80%”.

On the first one you listed with guild member, only 15 people were marked as being in the guild.
