Not getting crafting orders weekly

Not sure if bug or intentional so posting here.

According to this, crafting profs are supposed to get a weekly crafting order quest when they meet certain conditions: https://www.wowhead.com/guide/reputation/artisans-consortium-rewards

My alchemy is 90, I have knowledge trees unlocked with about 60 points spent in them. I didn’t get the crafting order weekly last week and it isn’t there this week. I am at the right place, Azley (who is supposed to be the questgiver) just lets me ask her about the Artisan’s Consortium and crafting orders. But doesn’t give me a weekly for crafting orders.

Alchemy and Enchanting do not get the quest. There just isn’t enough stuff that people can order from them, nor do they need to craft work orders to continue skilling up like the other profs do.
