I used the command to see how much catch up knowledge i’m entitled to, and it says something like, “you’ve collected 133 catch up points and you can collect 353 more this week”
Now I’ve been mining like 6-7 hours a day and I wasn’t getting ANY of the points, I made a few tickets to support and didn’t really get anywhere, I filed a bug report and then 2 weeks ago, it was magically fixed and I was once again collecting the null silver but now… This is happening to me again, where I’m just not getting the null silver…
I’m basing this off of pure game data before anyone says that it’s RNG but there’s a HUGE difference here. I was farming herbs on my hunter and I was getting the “something deeproot” catch up knowledge every 10-20 nodes and I managed to get like 400 points in a matter of a couple of weeks.
Go onto my rogue to mine and was getting zero, made tickets, submitted bug reports because it wasn’t working after the April 1 reset. And after a few tickets/reports I magically started getting it again until last weeks reset, then I was back to not getting ANY. So I submitted a bug report, GM’s confirmed that its not working as intended but they can’t do anything about it, only the developers can. The command to check knowledge points was correct on my hunter for herbalism, because I’m a degenerate who can play at work which includes about 6-7 hours of solid farming, seeing the game data that something is broken with either my rogue or account or mining in general. I would like for this to be fixed again, because there was a week where I managed to collect about 150 points from mining then reset happened, then getting ZERO. Was told to make a post here so here I am. Please fix this Blizz.
