On Classic WoW I am an Undead Rouge and ever since release I was partied up with a warrior and they used battle shout and I wasnt getting it. At times I would get the buff but mostly I will not I have tested it out many times and was also with another rouge and he was getting the buff yet I still wasnt. I have tested this on a fresh new log in no other buffs up at all and still no battle shout buff. Not sure why I dont get the Battle Shout buff at all but I sure its a bug or an issue with my character
