I am Mastermind rank with both the General and Vizier in Azj’Kahet and I was not awarded the achievement for either, but I have access to the Vizier’s title. Seen a lot of posts on here pertaining to this going back many weeks, I would appreciate this being fixed as it’s really annoying posting on here for weeks on end and getting no results.
