Not getting a keystone

Ive run two mythic zeros and havent gotten a keystone yet. Is there some new requirements like a quest or achievement i need to get keystones now?

Confirmed, friend and I also in same boat. Everyone in our first M0 group got a key except myself and the mage. Mage has now also done a +2 and still no key.

Same story. Ran Ruby Life Pools and 4 others in the group got a key on the last boss drop. I did not.

I have run 4 different mythic dungeons, i have also ran +2 twice and STILL NO KEY. My plans for my day off was to push my key as high as i can, can this please be fixed?

This is better off in the bug forums where the proper eyes can take a look.

Me as well, m0 into +2 and no key

Ive done 2 m+ and turned in most of the weekly quest and still no keystone.

Same bug for me. I had a look at the Great Vault before completing a Mythic plus dungeon? That is the only thing I did differently from my friends. I also was the group leader in the first Mythic 0 dungeon I did, and I was group leader in all the M+ dungeons as well.

Same, I have ran 4 different instances. No luck on my druid. No key or loot. logged into my warrior did +2 got loot and a key. Going to try again on my druid.

Can we PLEASE get an update on this? it’s actually game-breaking for some people.

Same issue. Ran 2 Shadowmoon Valleys +2 and did not receive a keystone in either.

I’ve already got over 8 keys done and still no key. Rip.

Ok so after switching toons, and running on my warrior. I switched back and did a +2 and got gear on my druid but no key.

Im in the same boat. Did a +2 and a 0, no key’s.

Same here have done like 8 M+ so far and no keystone in mail after I missed looting our M0

Same issue - have run a 0, a +2, and a +4, and haven’t been given a keystone from any dungeon. Also unable to purchase a keystone from the vendor.

Great Vault DOES accurately show I have completed two M+ dungeons.
