Not finding people or portals in the Call to Lordaeron Quest after a faction change

I have been trying to complete this quest and after I did a faction change I can’t find the portals anywhere or the people I need to talk to so I can get the portals. Can you please get back to me and assist with this issue. Thank you

Id open a stuck on quest ticket this is more of a phasing issue.
