How you people all get 60 now days? I’m struggling to find quest on my shaman at level 36. If they not group one or meant for level 40 and such.
I don’t know if it’s because I missed the boat or something. Nobody seem to do dungeons in my range. Zones are most empty.
What are my options?

Hello there, do each instance a couple times. Its fun!
At 36, there are quests sort of all over the place:
Desolace, Arathi Highlands, Stanglethorn Vale, Duskwallow Marsh…
Also, SM instances are quite popular and in that range!
Good luck 
If you stay in one area and do the entire arc, you could run out.
By merging it with grinding, you can move to the next zone.
Alternatively, blend leveling zones. Do most of the quests in one, then switch to another, then switch back to the previous zone for the higher level quests there, ect ect
I ran out of quests at lvl 58.5…i set up at Gahrron’s Withering with some music and grinding out the last 1.5 levels.
If this isn’t your first character let the rested xp build up. I’ll have my druid leveled up with 2-3 days less /played just by only playing it with rested xp.
There are more quests out of Tarren Mill at that level, also Arathi Highlands. The ones out of TM are in areas with lots of humanoids you can grind along the way (unless they’re farmed on your server). Main Razorfen Downs quest is at 37… and 36 is a good level to be doing Scarlet Monastery. If your server is dead and dungeons are not an option, just grind out those mobs. STV should also have more quests in that level range.
I usually start on Kargath at 40, which leads into some new areas.
I dinged 60 with a full quest log still to finish. I’m always astounded as to the lengths other players go to make things difficult for themselves.
My server seems dead to be honest. Or it got heavily alliance population I guess. Not much happening in LFG channel either and nobody reply when I try make SM runs. Guess I’ll transfer
