I used to spend like an hour or 2 a few times a week running around hunting for swiftthistles so I could keep that mf thang on me (swiftness pots) for the sole purpose of using them as needed in pvp instead of buying them at the ridiculous AH prices.

How about you comment on retention once we hit 60.

(Also, the viewership figures between PvP and PvE content does indicate a significantly smaller portion of the WoW playerbase being concerned with PvP., in case you missed that edit before)

Basically wrath and cata pvp, it reverts back in mop with EMFH nerf.

Since always in classic the to go faction to pvp is horde, the racials are just much better for it.

SoD would only change that reformulating all the racials and making pallys and shamans for both factions, don’t think thats on their plans.

Farming, Services, Professions, Questing, PvP, Dungeons, Rep Grinds, etc…

Plenty to do. Certainly not reliant on PvP.

  1. Farming is irrelevant when content is so easy that you can cakewalk through without any consumables and world buffs.
  2. Services???
  3. Professions are lvled to 300 and forgotten. They are part of point n1 (demand on gear and consumables).
  4. Questing proved to be inefficient. SM grind in p2 says hello. If there were no incursions in p3, people would grind cath till 43 and then ZF to 50.
  5. You don’t have any meaningful reps to grind atm. They are all tied to lvl 60 content.

Pvp is the only thing that could hold players.

You literally posted a bunch of personal opinions as to why other forms of content are invalid.

Here’s your argument…turned around:
Once you get HWL, there’s no reason to PvP again, ever. (And that assumes you care about GM/HWL in the first place.)
