Not able to use gear upgrade vendor

i purchased a cataclysm signet brand with bullions and i have flightstones crests yet the gear upgrade vendor will not let me do anything. it’s all grayed out, i can’t add anything to the box.

Im having the same issue went to upgrade my piece from the vault today and it was grayed out and unupgradable.
Guess just throwing in a ticket to blizz and see if they fix it.

I am having the same issue. I tried reloading my UI and disabling all addons. Every item in my bag is grayed out even though many are 1/6 or 2/6 item level.

Same issue here. Was messing with talents got my Buillion and wanted to see if it was upgradable. Now I can’t upgrade or do the fated raids.

Looks like somehow it got reverted a season. The gear vendor does allow me to attempt to upgrade Dreaming crest items from last season

I just got on my evoker and it will let me upgrade last seasons gear, but not this season.

Yeah same, I loaded a character that played last season and he could upgrade last season’s gear but I can’t upgrade this season’s gear on any character

I am also having the same issue. Previous season gear is highlighted, current season gear is un-upgradeable and is greyed out.

They need to REHIRE all the people they let go and save their freaking game!!! How can they watch it all fall apart just to save some money on staff wages? Bugs like this are inexcusable! Ive never been so angry at blizzard in 20 years, they are killing a great game wtf is wrong with them

One of my characters can upgrade one hero track item from this season, the rest say “Item Cannot Be Upgraded”
