I took one of my alts thru the complete campaign after finishing it on my main. None of the world quests or weeklies in Undermine are offering any kind of cartel rep on my alt. It also doesn’t give the warning that it is one time rep on any dailies.
Since warbound reputations came out, you generally only get reputation from the first completion of a quest/weekly per account.
