Hunters are really good right now, specifically survival. Their problem is lack of comps considering feral and disc are terrible atm.

I would say reallly good is a stretch. I think they are okay. Damage isn’t high enough for many hunter comps to work. Not enough pressure inside CC to make something happen. That and to many specs with short defensive cds that make CC windows useless. :frowning:

Survival is balanced, but also relies on trap every 30s for kills, which doesn’t really work in this meta of survivability gods.

Here’s to wishing hunters would rise from the ashes and keep all these pesky locks, mages and rogues in check again. Kind of disappointing. BM and survival are one of the few specs that I think are decently well designed (although I feel like their interrupt should be longer for how long the cd is), and I actually have quite a bit of fun messing around on my hunter alt

LFG is filled with healers demanding DKs, DHs, Rets, and WW monks. Double DPS is pretty much demanding the same above 1500.

When I do manage to get into a group people leave after the 1st loss no matter how good or close of a match it was.

I’m just SOL on climbing at this point.

While I miss the days when hunters were feared, at this point I would just settle for being wanted. Even if I do get into a group I get “Can you switch to survival?”

Yes. They can also use Diamond-Laced Prism if you get it traded to you, and there’s new pants from CoS that heal for 8-12k when below 90% hp.

This game needs serious class design/PVP balance. It is really hurting the game and my desire to play it. When my class is fun, and competitive I have fun. RIght now play a hunter just sucks…

Tbh I prefer when it’s not meta but still playable, feels more rewarding to win
