It doesn’t appear that you have logged into the game since December of last year. You wouldn’t be able to complete the quest “Elite Northrend Expedition Supplies until you do.

You already have the game time, as well as time from when the subscription was added at the end of last month.

Had wrong character loaded here, hadn’t updated my account yet. I upgraded to the epic edition of Northrend and didn’t get the bonus goodies but after some time the quest popped up in my mailbox. Alls good now

Here we are July ‘23 and still no fix. I just purchased the upgrade and wouldn’t you know it, no mount or pet! Anyone found any luck fixing this?

Please be mindful of the dates this thread is rather old id open a problem with purchase or purchase failure and have a gm take a look.

Did you talk to the inn-keeper in your faction’s major city? They should have your items for you. These items don’t get delivered to your mail or bags.

It looks like you very recently completed the quest that was mentioned earlier in this thread that is required to pick up those items from the Northrend Epic Upgrade. I see you already learned the mount and have the pet and Fishspeaker’s Lucky Lure in your inventory.

Are you having trouble seeing those items and the mount?
