Yeah the exact things alchemists sell and is their bread/butter. I guess all they have left are transmutes.
All the elixirs on my server are selling for vendor price. It’s only been a few hours since launch…
IMO they should’ve given gold and badges instead.

Been getting these from Questing was curious what for. Guess they need my Shield to fight The Good Fight. Prot should get extra for everything they do.

Looks like alchemist are going to need to take the hit for the health of the servers dungeon ecosystem.
What do people want more? A few alchemist making gold or more tanks and cheaper raid consumes for everyone?

Should’ve given random gems, enchant scrolls, glyphs etc…
Not fair for the alchemists, how else are they supposed to make money now to afford their own gems and enchants? Let alone flying or GDKP runs.

Because at this rate, why even bother buying flasks, when you can farm up an idiotic quantity of other potions for free…Sure, they may be a tad weaker, but it’s free.
Because if I wasn’t an alchemist, I wouldn’t be buying a single flask. (or like on my alts). They are already dirt cheap. STr/AP go for like 30s on Pagle. I’m saving them all for my alts and guildies.
I guess the good news is they are a finite supply questing wise? It’s still gonna absolutely wreck the Alchemist economy for several weeks.
That’s the same as handing out blue gems. Or 2nd best enchants, like 8 All Stats vs 10 All Stats (on chest).
Like, can you imagine completely bricking Terecone herb? All the pots made with it. That was like 80% of my Alchemy profits.
All those pots are “budget” consumables. They were never expensive, but would certainly go on AH for more than vendor price…

i agree. this is vey stupid. who the heck comes up with this stuff. one more thing nobody asked for and nobody wanted.

The supplies will have the opposite effect.
People get a few hits from the new consumes. They feel the rush, they expect the performance, they get addicted.
Then they run out. Who do they run to?
Their local Alchemy dealer.
Most players statistically never consume, this unironically exposes the entire playerbase to it

They aren’t endgame elixirs though right?
They all seem to be lvl 70 elixirs. Nothing that anyone at lvl 80 will want to use in dungeons or raids, when they can be using lvl 80 elixirs/flasks
Not an alchemist though, so I might be totally off base.
… For you alchemists out there, is it worth saving all of these elixirs for 3 months from now to sell on the AH? Or are they baby elixirs and not worth saving like I first assumed?
Yeah just a billion different elixirs of questionable use.
This is why people should have never spent thousands of gold for Alchemy leveling on day one. You wont make it back.
