Normal should be LFR, 2/3 bosses a wing.
Pugging is atrocious.
If you want people to raid more, it should be LFRable.

or wings of the raid finder should have difficulty setting so they can do the raid at bite size chucks

Let the qued people have LFR. If you want to do normal or higher use the LFG tool

you search for pug, waiting to be inviteed
if that happens someone alreayd left, it starts again,
after boss down, half the group leaves and it starts from the scratch.

there are not such guilds which can get 2 bosses in 20 minutes and leave
You can only play for 20 minutes at a time?..
I’ve said for years they should remove LFR and make Normal queueable since the difference between them is incredibly small, and it would help the item level bloat.

How about we start by removing Determination from LFR.
And see if people can manage without.

Don’t really need a queue for normal. Current system is working. You would still get kicked from the group in a queue, if anything even more than currently as people can replace you even faster.
You’re not even getting a DPS queue to pop in 20 min most of the time.
If LFR had even normal mode difficulty, it would be even longer.

no determination or anything, people already gatekeeping, why.
Whom does it hurt. That you think you losing control over the guild people?
I bet you WOW is going this way, Normal and Heroic will be quable by wings sooner or later.

Not unless you shift everything down. Removing lfr now you’d still have open world stuff giving that level of loot.
Just one more time,
I queue for two bosses (a wing) for a Normal or Heroic,
I wipe or get the bosses down and leave.
How is it different from what people in guild do.
Why it is not even implemented yet.
Why I cannot progress with randoms and you can progress with guild people.

Maybe because lfr has determination? Your language choices affect the responses.
Yeah, no I dont need determination,
just want Normal and Heroic to be quable.
