Guess I have to stay ugly now :frowning:
I knew today was the last day, was still hoping to get some free changes in before it ended.
500g just to change how I look is too much. It should be a flat rate per slot, not cost based on how much gear is worth, since each expansion it goes up and up and up.

SOMETHING should be changed, I think.

Like maybe once you pay to transmog your gear, you can change it for free after that point.

I had forgotten all about the Trial of Style, so when I saw I could transmog for free, I actually had a blast just tinkering around with different looks, playing for a bit, changing a bit. It had me way more inspired to hunt past transmogs.

But yeah, transmogging is INSANELY expensive, and extremely cost prohibitive to do on a regular basis. Which may work as a gold-ink, but you’re also discouraging players from using one of your most fun systems in the game.

They know that players on role play realms would be too powerful as a collective and might overthrow them, so they have to attempt to keep us poor to avoid a rebellion since they know we must look pretty on a daily basis.

They should use the ToS winners as a mark for xmog costs the following 6mo or whatever the interval is. Take all the costs that the winners would’ve spent if costs weren’t waived, and make that the cost for xmogs globally.

Wouldn’t be so bad if we could set one of our saved presets as our main/most often used appearance once every month and then be able to transmog into it for free.

But perhaps that’s convoluted.

I think to be more specific with that, each piece of gear could be “unlocked” for transmog with the initial cost and from that point on it could be free or reduced.

While it’s not really a lot of gold, it’s dumb to put a gold sink for new/poorer players into something so trivial.

If you win trial of style, you get free transmog costs until the next trial of style (where you would be eligible to win again)?

Or, just have outfits that never change until you pay to transmog them or change outfits.
