I love the DH Havoc. I cannot figure out nor find anything recent on how to optimize my Warglaives. I am collecting relics. Nothing seems to light up. I swear I have researched this several times. What am I missing? Thanks!!
If you’re referring to the artifact weapons in Legion content they’ve been disabled. You can still use them as weapons you just can’t upgrade them with relics like you could in Legion.

I think they are referring to Legion artifact weapons. You can still obtain relics to put in them from content in that xpac but the weapon doesn’t allow for relics to be equipped.

What? Why? Do the glaives level up with me?
Unless if something was changed going in to SL, the artifact weapons became the same thing as legacy armor a.k.a tier sets. I’m assuming youre doing threads of fate, but dont know how that system works with artifact weapons.
I have not bought SL. Maybe that is the problem. I am running around doing Legion stuff. Since I am new everything is novel to me so I thought why buy SL. I am not at all bored with the basic content.
The artifact weapons can level up with you if you socket them with relics. Relics used to also provide passive powers but at the end of legion both those and the artifact weapon powers were disabled for everyone.
You will typically get relics from legion quests, world quests, and/or dungeons.
If you keep upgrading your relics then the artifact weapons can have a pretty good item level while questing but if you find a different weapon that has a higher ilvl you should probably switch it out. At least until you find some new relics to improve the artifact weapon.
Edit: Oh, and make sure you’re taking the correct relic type. Only certain relics can be socketed into certain weapons. I can’t remember what havocs was but if I had to guess I’d say iron and fel? If you open up the artifact window and hover over the empty relic slot I’m pretty sure it will tell you what you can use for it.
