Noob question here: how do I level alchemy past 300?

Hi there, so I am fairly new to wow, having started up only a couple months ago. I am just now looking into professions, and I am trying to get my alchemy level to 525, but I am stumped as I cannot figure out how to level past 300. I have read that I should go to the Hellfire Peninsula and talk to Apothecary Antonivich to learn “Master Alchemy”, but he presents no options to train for that. My character is lvl 110 currently, and sitting at alchemy level 300. I did talk to Yelmak in the Org, and learned Transmutation Mastery, but I don’t know if that really did me any good, lol. Any help would be really appreciated!

Professions were overhauled when BfA was released.

Wowhead has guides for each skill, but there is the general overview for what was changed in the expansion.

Ohh, okay, so basically, to achieve what I was trying to do, I just need to level the expansion alchemy levels in addition to base alchemy?

Exactly. If you want to dabble in Legion potions, find the trainer in Broken Isles and start Legion Potion’in. IF you want to play with panda potions, god help you finding those trainers. Your legion alchemy, panda alchemy, Zandy Troll alchemy starts at 1 when you train again and you level those separately.

You can start, stop, and start again at what expansion you want and level those separately, you don’t even need base alchemy.

Okay cool, thank you guys very much for the info!

this made me legit laugh.

You can also google wow profession guides which should hopefully be updated and will guide you to level each profession tier.
