Noob Question: Armor Set for Gold Vendors/ Weapons transmog for Gold Vendor

Where can I find a vendor that sells Armor and Weapon transmog? I have only been successful in transmoging my head. Where could I buy Armor Set and Weapons for cheap and look good? im Noob haha

what do you want to look like? There are some vendors at the start of icecrown citadel that sell some tier sets for gold and some in orgrimmar above the warchief that sell some sets from cataclysm

Most gear is available exclusively from drops. There are vendors for some things, though – inside Icecrown Citadel, for example, and outside of the Argent Tournament raid gate.

There are also a few at the top of the center building in the Valley of Strength who sell Cataclysm pieces.

So do they drop from Raids or Dungeons? I’ve only been able to play Dungeons cause the thought of Raids would be too demanding.

some can be earned through small stuff like quests or island expeditions an so on.

Nah, most of the game’s existing raids should be an utter cakewalk at 120. There are a few that still have mildly annoying things to deal with, but anything below level 90 (which is a lot) should be VERY trivial for you to complete.

Your Dungeon/Raid Journal should help you out (Shift + J) – anything from Cataclysm, Wrath of the Lich King, Burning Crusade, or Vanilla should be no trouble at all.

You might have issues in a few places with Mists of Pandaria raids, but most of them are easy to do too. Warlords of Draenor is likely the first place you’d run into problems, and Legion’s raids aren’t easily soloable yet.

Orgrimmar should have a few pieces for gold on the ledge behind Grommash hold (attached to the building but in the rear)

Shattrath has sets available for gold from a couple of vendors in the very center area. Pretty solid for a troll character too.

Wintergrasp in Northrend has a few gold pieces from vendors that are available if your faction is currently in control of the zones.

Pretty much any vendor that used to sell gear for Justice Points or Valor Points now sells their items for gold.

The vendors above the main building in Org sell class sets. There are some sets for sale in Pandaria near the Temple of…the big Ox guy.

If you don’t mind a bit of casual PvP you can save up some marks of honour easily enough :blush:

Then you can purchase previously available PvP sets (12 marks for a full set), there’s usually some pretty neat stuff there

You can solo old raids for mogs that you like. As for purchasable sets for gold I have no idea lol
