I plan on rolling on Grobby, come the time. Will I be able to roll both horde and alliance toons on one account? Or will I be limited to just one? Thanks.
You can only roll one faction on a pvp server.

You cannot have two characters from opposite factions on the same realm #nochanges
Most likely the same rules of the normal PvP servers so: no.
we are limited to just one faction on any server desiginated pvp at all, be it rp or not.

yeah, can confirm it restricts you, tried it during the stress test.
Of course, if someone has two WOW accounts and adds game time to both, they can roll Alliance on one account and Horde on the other. The PvP restriction is at the WOW account level, not the Blizzard (battle net) level.
