Noob question about new UI

Where did my dungeon ready check/in game countdown timer go ?

That’s an addon thing. Update your DBM. If your having issues with curseforge, download the addon directly from the curse website and paste into the interface/addons folder.

Are you actually seeing it in a party on your end? It looks very close to the one you see in a raid, but now it’s been missing in a party since the patch. I have updated DBM and reset my UI to be sure and submitted a bug report. I’m pretty sure it was part of the stock Blizzard UI as I still had it when I disabled nearly all of my addons while on my laptop prior to the patch release. Here’s a screenshot of the arrow tab visible to the left of the quest window from prior to the update. If I convert my party to a raid right now, I can see it again, but it disappears in the party.

If talking about the raid assist bar I don’t think it’s working currently. I usually type it anyway found it bit faster personally. /readycheck
/Pull 10

Didn’t know /readycheck was a thing. I’ll do that for now. Thanks for all the input.

Thanks! I tend to prefer using the bar since I get a bit flustered when I’m a party lead, but it’s good to know there is an alternative for now. Hopefully it’s at least on their list since I submitted a bug report. I would suggest others do the same!

You could always open the /m menu and create a text macro for both. Just drag thag button onto a bar and it’s virtually identical.

I’ve made 4s pull timers for boss pulls in m+ before to make sure everyone realized we were waiting for something (usually healer mana)

Thanks! Yeah, I thought about doing some macros, but tend to have a lot of button bloat as it is. It may be the best to add them to make my life easier, though. Having the additional timers is a good idea, as well.

Do you know if there is a shortcut to add the raid markers? I know that may be less common than the timer and ready check, but still useful in certain situations.

Download add-on called Opie what I use for raid markets. Just one button to open options and you choose what marker.

There is. /WM 1 etc up to 8.

1 is blue, 8 is skull.

To handle Button bloat, I use the addon clique to map the same binds onto a conditional mouse over.

So things like BoP, Loh, Sac, Cleanse toxins, WoG all use combat binds, just when I hover over my frames.

Thank you both for your help! I appreciate all the useful suggestions here and will check out these alternatives.
