None addon servers

Well let’s have a server where you can’t hide your cloak or helm too! Let’s have every specialty server you can imagine. In fact, let’s just let everyone have their own server and their own copy of source code to do what they want with it.

That would not bother me as the only addons i would want is something like clique for healing or maybe a decursive type thing so if addons wouldn’t be allowed i would be learning macros for mouseovers for my healing spells. Since macros and addons were a thing in vanilla im pretty sure they will be allowed.

Sure as long as we get a hc pvp server where we can attack our own faction out in the world. Lootable player corpses and guild banks. :smile:

The great thing is every server is a non addon server since you can play on any of them without installing a single add on!!!

I like that, experimental sever no addons the entire world is FFA, maybe drop all loot that isnt in your first bag when you die. Instead of perma death you get sent back to the starting zone.

Since addons affect only the individual using them, I’m curious as to why you are complaining about it?

Great news!

The add-on support in Classic WoW is drastically nerfed compared to what was present in Vanilla.

Because in PvP they can give you advantages, someone having an addon that automatically tells them my CDs on big spells is affecting me.

At the moment we have requests for:

  • No addon server
  • plus transmog server
  • no layering server
  • class balanced server
  • hc pvp server where we can attack our own faction out in the world. Lootable player corpses and guild banks.
  • a server where you can’t hide your cloak or helm
  • Personal loot server!
  • And manny more…

Don’t forget the no layering server. Or, the personal loot server. Oh, and the retail cross game achievements.

If you want to play a game that doesn’t allow addons then EverQuest is that way ~~~>

WoW has always had addons.
