Rookery is not enterable on Heroic or Mythic. It is currently the weekly dungeon quest. Is this an oversight? Since the season started the weekly dungeon quests have been for season 1 dungeons.
You can just do it on normal / follower dungeon.

I feel the whole design of weekly quests is a bit … unpolished. The wax weekly pickup is in a completely different zone, the profession work order weekly is down in the back of a building, the WQ wrapper is only an option once every few weeks … Tuesday logins are sort of a mess.
You can run it on Follower and knock out the quest pretty fast. No reason to futz with Heroic or Mythic or whatever. It’s just for the rep.
I only do follower dungeons, so it doesn’t actually affect me at all. Just empathizing.
