Title… simple really by setting a profile to not be public blocks the ability of users to easily block the user.
Yes, you could hunt through your own settings and find the section for ignoring and manually type in the user… I’ve used this option, however setting a profile to private shouldn’t remove the ease by which a public profile can be ignored.
