What is the freaking deal Blizzard? Non-existent customer support is a horrible way to help anyone playing your games! I am getting sick and tired of this bs! You make it very hard to put tickets in anymore, especially when there is a questing issue! These forums seem pointless since I really don’t see any posts from you in them! For months I have been trying to start the Priest Class Hall for months on a former Remix Character with no help! Since I cannot put a ticket in over this or get any help from you in the forums which I doubt you will even respond to this one! This has been very frustrating!
Hello Elîsha,
GM’s will not give quest hints. If you found a bug, you can submit in game: Game Menu:;Support::Report bug or here on the forums:
I did a quick search and landed on wowhead:
Check comments at bottom, sort by newest. That seems to be the solution we’ve seen for this issue.
Also this was moved to quests by a Blue, which is where it belongs.
Because they can’t help with quests. That’s precisely the reason why they “make it very hard”. It’s to convey the message that you shouldn’t be opening a ticket about it.
Questing issues is either a game hint (if working properly), which they cannot give, or a Bug Report (if not working properly), which they cannot fix.
For example…
This belongs in the Bug Report Forum. GM’s cannot fix bugs, nor can they do anything to effect a change without explicit instructions from the Dev Team. Doing so would cause even more issues when the bug is fixed.
You post it in the Bug Report Forum. That’s where you will get help, in the form of them duplicating the bug, programming a fix, testing the fix, then implementing it to the live realms.
This has been a problem since pre-patch and I have done bug forum posts over it and still no solution for months now! Which is why I posted here this time. I know the Legion starting quests for every class cause I have done them many times. There is an issue on Blizzards end and they are the ones that have to fix it and just ignore it!
Heck, I just tried using party sync with someone twice, once doing the questline and the quest, “In the Blink of an Eye” popped up for them but not me. The next time we synced up again got the quest Legion: The Legion Returns and went to Recruiter Lee and did the skip this time and still nowhere in starting the Class Hall! The person who synced up with me, now cannot start it for her character either. The Class NPC that runs up to get you to start the Class Hall is missing!
Are you using party sync only to start the questline or trying to do it in the current time? I can see if I can duplicate the problem for you. I have two accounts and one of them is ALL remix characters. I’m pretty sure I had a priest on it and can see if I can help out. I have a priest that wasn’t a remix character and probably didn’t do that line, so I can check between them.
It is very hard to nearly impossible to start the Legion Class Hall with any 70+ character even with party sync being used. I had one person try to help me with the priest and vise versa like tonight with me helping them. In party sync, the quest “In the Blink of an Eye” won’t pop for them. She now has 2 characters in limbo because In the Blink of an Eye didn’t pop for her like it would not pop for my priest in party sync with her. Blizzard needs to fix this! Not having the npc from the Class Hall not running up with the quest in Dalaran doesn’t help matters, especially on high level toons.
