Noggenfogger did not cover animal forms in Vanilla. I am 100% certain. If Blizzard implemented this, then they are wrong. #NoChanges
This was not possible until Patch 6.1, in Warlords of Draenor. Patch notes read: “Cosmetic transformations that alter the character’s appearance now have a higher priority than Druid combat forms. This means Druids can keep a transformation while shapeshifted.”
Bruh, you’re wrong.
They “fixed” this in TBC and until WoD you couldn’t mask forms. So yes, you are right that WoD brought it back till current.
However, Noggenfogger worked in vanilla. It was the only thing that did. Most other cosmetics didn’t. It’s why it was special. Clearly bliz knows this. Clearly the videos from 2006 PROVE this.
