#nochanges = NOSTREAMS

Thanks for that search, just another reminder of why I’d like to see streamer free servers to avoid all that mess.

Is he typing in say or in world, i’m pretty sure that would constitute a public conversation which isn’t private

alright

I did google it. Blizz let them back to save face and not lose money.

Which should tell you everything you need to know about how well this suggestion’s gonna go over.

WHICH IS WHY THEY WONT DO IT. They would lose so much money by banning streamers.

Plus they’d lose the free advertising.

And I doubt streamers want special servers all to themselves.

No. It’s public but within the confines of the specific medium - the in-game chat. Making it public through some non affiliated commercial structure is a completely different talk. Especially since Twitch records and stores recordings. That would constitute a breach under GDPR.

Did you even read this thread? Nobody is asking for a ban on all streamers. Just a few servers set aside where it’s not allowed.

Apparently giving people an option is too much for some of you.

The option isn’t needed. If you’re not mature enough to just roll with the punches if a streamer BY PURE F**KING CHANCE relocates to your realm, then that’s on you.

You don’t deserve special treatment.

When you can discuss this in a rational manner without getting all emotional, let me know.

You read about how they treated the Swifty ban. I get what you want. I would like that too. I’m just being realistic. It’s not going to happen. It’s not against TOS and even if it is… look at Swifty ban.

  1. Blizzard will not ban streamers. Twitch is one of Blizzards most useful tools to gain money and popularity.

  2. Streamers will be on every server. Regardless if its PvP, PvE, or RP, or if it’s high or low population, you can’t avoid them.

  3. Blizzard doesn’t like to listen to fools like some of us, including me. They will not fulfill any of our wishes, they will do what they think is right.

Am I missing anything else?

Every single person in this thread against streamers or wanting them segregated are just little children puffing out their chests and throwing a temper tantrum because someone is playing with their toys.

What your asking is to have a set of servers set aside for people who want to live in this 2004 bubble on nochanges which btw is a complete flawed idea. I’ve laid out how creating these few servers would be a massive waste of time and money for blizzard and yet you haven’t listened to it.

GDPR covers only information which can identify an individual. Only Blizzard can link your ingame toon to real person. Everything ingame is not covered by GDPR.

I’m getting emotional because your lack of maturity and common sense is pissing me off.

I’d be getting the exact same crap from you if I suddenly decided to make a thread asking for transmog to be allowed on RP servers and RP servers only just because I personally view transmog as God’s gift to roleplayers.

Not only would I be lynched for being a special snowflake, I’d also be lynched for demanding a feature that WASN’T. IN. VANILLA.

Actually the people using the “no changes” argument in this thread have been the ones against stream free servers because they weren’t in classic.

I’ve laid out to you how creating those few servers wouldn’t cost blizz any money or time and you have chose not to listen to me, so I guess we’re wasting our time.

This was my counter did you read it?

Theres also this.
