#nochanges has won...maybe.

World of Warcraft Community manager confirmed #Nochanges.

Thanks Yith! :)

OG animations.
Pay attention to the key words people.

"So far"

it's not done yet.
Why are you trying to claim victory?

If "Right Click -> Report" gets into Classic... Everyone loses.

Uhm, I see no proof.
You guys need to knock this stupid !@#$ off. I'm sick of seeing a bunch of garbage by posters like yourself who take some vague, unreliable and unverified "leaked" crap, and bring it here like it's gospel.

Until Blizzard themselves makes am official post, or says one way or other, none of it means anything.
We have more important things to discuss here, other than hyperbole.
"Blizzard announcing Classic Patch notes"
Players: "What?! Why is guild bank being added?! #NOCHANGE REEEE"
Blizzard: "That's not something we consider change."

If you don't know Blizzard, you will learn, if it's not a definitive statement it's not a statement.
No-changers when Ysithens makes a post they don't like: "It's just his opinion, he's not a Classic dev so his words don't mean anything."

No-changers when he posts something that appeals to their bias: "NO-CHANGES CONFIRMED BY THE MAN HIMSELF, YSITHENS."

Accurate?

Yes, I'd say so! We'll find out more at Blizzcon.

But I encourage everyone to look at other mediums for their Classic news!

I've been trying to say that for a while now. Blizzcon is a week away. Why can't we all just calm down and talk about what we can't wait to do in the game? We will get good info (I hope) at blizzcon. There is really no point in arguing about it until after Blizzcon. And hopefully we can stop arguing altogether. Should I add a /s to that last sentence?
What's with peeps freaking out about right click, reports? I get it... and its not a big deal at all. Calm the F down

Why? Because Blizzard doesn't use the old GM system anymore?

As it stands in Retail - The Report Function is a largely automated tool designed to combat chat-spamming. All it really does is mute your in game chat capability. In retail, this doesn't actually hamper your ability to play the game because of the automated group finding tools that exist.

In Vanilla - Chatting is vital to playing the game because those automated tools did not exist. So being muted is tantamount to being temporarily banned from dungeons and raids.

Because it is largely automated - large enough groups can collectively target individuals which they have a problem with and use the function to directly interfere with their ability to Play the Game.

They don't realize that most of the people complaining on the forums about being "wrongfully silenced" are the people who troll in trade chat, ranting about politics, saying racist, anti LBGT things and then after they get silenced its: ZOMG the snowflakes!

I've been playing all of late legion and BFA sofar, and never once have I been silenced. Only 3 people I know have been silenced, and they all deserved it. They got they full privileges returned in 2 days anyways. It takes a very high amount of reports to kick in an automatic silence. Normally a GM still has to pre review.
#NoChanges won all the battles that mattered.

The #Changes people werent asking for colorblind mode, or water texture toggles... they were asking for Dungeon Finder, and Modified talent trees, and More dps for their classes, and more flight paths, and heirlooms and cash shops so they could buy gold and Dual Spec and more.....

They got NONE OF THAT. Absolutely none of the things the Changes people asked for is getting in at all.

So now they are throwing a hissy fit and trying to claim they didn't lose because of mundane stuff like Colorblind mode.

Nah, hold this L you idiots.

We need to stop treating every yahoo with an opinion as if they were official representatives for whatever hair-brained ideas pass through their head.

Nine times out of ten that person that got themselves targeted in such a way had it coming. Isn't this exactly what you guys harp on about the community policing itself? If anything right-click reporting just makes that task easier.

I really don't see a problem with this.
